  • The service must not have met the agreed-upon specifications or quality.
  • Refunds are not available for services already delivered and accepted as complete.

2. Refunds for Themes, Plugins, and Layouts

For digital products such as themes, plugins, and layouts, we offer a refund if the item is not working as described and the issue cannot be resolved within 7 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • The product must be defective or not functioning as described.
  • You must provide detailed information about the issue and allow us to attempt to resolve it.
